<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of materials. Assist in developing and documenting HR standard work, onboarding workflows, and training procedures. Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to onboarding and training processes. Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to ensure a positive employee experience. Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, talent development, or organizational processes. Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, or employee engagement. Previous internship or project experience in an HR or administrative environment. Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Continuous Improvement.</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>Rising Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.</p>
