<p>Who You'll Work With</p> <p>The Partner Development Leader - Alliances, Workday person focuses on growing Slalom's Workday Partner sales, strengthening our brand, and expanding our network in coordination with our partners GTM structure. This person will integrate with global and local teams to unlock value from the channel to drive partner pipeline in?the local market. This person will also serve as an integral member with the global capability team and work directly with the Director, Partner Development.</p> <p>Job Title: Manager, or Sr. Manager</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Defines and executes global partner related Workday and GTM strategy. </li><li>Serve as the key interface for navigating a partner including their organization & programs. </li><li>Integration with Workday capability team to help define partner strategy. </li><li>Maintains a comprehensive relationship map of the partner and fosters trusted relationships with key partner contacts. </li><li>Coordinates partner administration (ex. deal registration, references) with Activation Leads & Alliances Operations </li><li>Demonstrates Workday expertise in funding (inclusive of referral fees and MDF) programs and manages funding requests. </li><li>Facilitates regional/industry Workday partner engagement & partner marketing strategy (ex. Workday Rising or Workday Altitude) </li><li>Acts as the "Voice of the Partner" for Slalom in partnership with marketing </li><li>Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally. </li><li>Analyzes and communicates trends in our business with managed partner/industry. </li><li>Identifies new sales channels with partners through unique programs (SCA), lines of business and/or relationships. </li><li>Coordinates and executes account planning. </li><li>Developing strategies and identifying channels to target during strategic partnership efforts. </li><li>Creating and implementing optimization strategies to increase revenue </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>6+ years combined experience in Workday sales, business development, or consulting services </li><li>General understanding of the Workday platform, how it works, it's capabailites and offerings </li><li>Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer and partner related discussions to advance the sales process. </li><li>Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level within the partner eco-system. </li><li>Ability to self-motivate, multi-task work independently, and manage complex projects, and overall strong understanding of project management </li><li>Strong leadership skills </li><li>Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills </li><li>Vast knowledge of Slalom ecosystem, practice areas, competencies, offerings and strategic vision </li><li>Strategic thinking - ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. </li><li>20% Travel Expectations </li><li>Perferred location of candidate is on the West Coast or Central US </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range for Manager is $104,000 to $181,000, or for Sr. Manager $123,000 to $215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
