BSN preferred.</p> <p>Licensure</p> <ul> <li>Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License. </li><li>BLS. </li><li>ACLS required for the following departments : Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <p>Experienced Canadian Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from accredited nursing program. </li><li>Effective January 1, 2013 all new hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five (5) years from date of hire or transfer to an RN role. </li><li>Knowledge of nursing theory, practice and age specific needs </li><li>Interpersonal skills necessary to initiate and maintain collegial relationships with coworkers and therapeutic relationships with patients and families. </li><li>Critical thinking skills necessary to perform principal duties and responsibilities of job description. </li><li>Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when planning and performing professional nursing care </li></ul> <p>Total Rewards and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation, DAILYPAY </li><li>Benefits effective Day One!
