This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and communicating all chain programming gaps. Along with supporting the sales team with showcasing syndicated data to uncover sales trends to leverage local programming support. The Chain Execution Manager will play an integral part in field support to educate sales teams on programming execution and opportunities inside each chain</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Provides data analysis and reporting to Sales Leadership team which includes interpreting and disseminating results to chain programming and helping identify business opportunities. </li><li>Recommends opportunities for Business Execution process improvement. </li><li>Works directly with supplier partners to ensure program tracking metrics are accurate, while communicating execution highlights. </li><li>Supports analytic projects from inception through completion; prioritizes and manages multiple projects. </li><li>Identifies and drives continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within Chain Programming Execution </li><li>Collaborate with and influence functional team members within the Chain Team to showcase programming opportunities from local and national trends. </li><li>Champions adopting new technologies to better perform job functions and to support the sales team. </li><li>Represents the department in cross-functional team-based activities and meetings with internal or external customers. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>4-year College Degree (preferred) </li><li>District Manager level experience with 2 years of sales experience in a mostly retail environment preferred. </li><li>Previous wine and spirits experience </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, project management and analysis skills. </li><li>Strong experience completing multiple assignments that are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity in a given time period. </li><li>Skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. </li><li>Ability to build reports for management using multiple system platforms to gather data. </li><li>Must be proficient in MS Office and considered an advance user in MS Excel, internet applications and ProSpace at a basic level preferred. </li><li>Ability to lead team members to resolve complex issues and mentor others on the team. </li><li>Highly skilled in coaching and consultation, development and execution of talent strategies, championing diversity and inclusion. </li><li>Strong business acumen, organizational understanding, analytical and critical thinking </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) </li><li>Proven success in leading change management initiatives </li></ul> <p>Candidate must pass criminal background and MVR.</p> <p>Worker Sub-Type:</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Time Type:</p> <p>Full time</p>
