Day.</p> <p>Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of IT Applications to lead our Integrations and 3rd Party Applications team. This role is responsible for overseeing the application portfolio for integrations and 3rdparty applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of application portfolio management to ensure optimal governance, performance, and alignment with business objectives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of application and interface analysts supporting a wide variety of applications and integrations. </li><li>Oversee the enterprise application portfolio to meet evolving business needs. </li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. </li><li>Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support. </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support resources. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts. </li><li>Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely resolution of application issues. </li></ul> <p>HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.</p> <p>Experience/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of information systems development, implementation and project management normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. </li><li>A minimum of three years' experience in Information Technology Project Management or data center management necessary to enhance and develop skills. </li><li>Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates. </li><li>Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively within a team environment.
