It is also one of the global independent market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, CDMO, advanced material sciences and in the support of clinical studies.</p> <p>If you're looking for a rewarding career, a place to call home, apply with us today!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Support laboratory instrumentation through qualification, maintenance, troubleshooting, and data management in a GMP-regulated environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Instrument Qualification & Maintenance: </li></ul> <p>Perform and document qualifications for lab instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis).</p> <p>Execute scheduled and post-maintenance qualifications and verify system readiness for open-access instruments.</p> <ul> <li>Repairs & Troubleshooting: </li></ul> <p>Conduct urgent repairs on user-accessible components (e.g., lamps, pumps, seals, tubing).</p> <p>Troubleshoot routine calibration-related issues and assist with instrument upgrades.</p> <ul> <li>Software & Data Management: </li></ul> <p>Utilize chromatography data software (e.g., Empower) and input data into GMARS asset management system.</p> <p>Maintain accurate instrument files, including work orders and qualification records.</p> <ul> <li>Vendor & Client Coordination: </li></ul> <p>Escort vendors for on-site maintenance and coordinate service activities.</p> <p>Interface with clients and project teams to support asset and data management functions.</p> <ul> <li>Reporting & Metrics: </li></ul> <p>Document service activities and report on instrument performance metrics.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education & Experience: </li></ul> <p>Bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology) with 4+ years of relevant industry experience, or</p> <p>MS/PhD in life sciences with 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.</p> <p>Experience in a GMP space.</p> <p>Experience with audits is highly beneficial.</p> <p>Experience with change controls preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Technical Skills: </li></ul> <p>Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.</p> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new lab techniques.</p> <ul> <li>Communication & Collaboration: </li></ul> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.</p> <p>Ability to assist vendors and clients in solving issues.</p> <ul> <li>Work Style & Compliance: </li></ul> <p>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.</p> <p>Skilled in maintaining accurate records and following company policies.</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>Position is full-time, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed. </li><li>Excellent full-time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options </li><li>Life and disability insurance </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid vacation and holidays </li><li>#LI-EB1 </li></ul> <p>Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.</p>
