<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Cashiersare responsible forproviding excellent customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently and meeting company practices for revenue control. They work directly with customers and handle cash, credit, or debit card payments.</p> <p>Schedule: Mon - Fri 3 PM - 11 PM</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Greet customers and assistthem in making purchases.</p> <p>Provide customer service and make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every transaction.</p> <p>Process transactions: cash, credit cards, checks, and validation transactions based on location parking rates and requirements</p> <p>Use a radio to call the garage if the transaction must be processed manually.</p> <p>Document all transactions following company policy via shift report.</p> <p>Be accountable for all cash received, tendered, and disposition of such payment according to the money drop procedure.</p> <p>Calculate and return change to customers.</p> <p>Ensure that the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.</p> <p>Maintain a clean and organized work area every shift.</p> <p>Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints.</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Years of Experience: Entry Level</p> <p>Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written</p> <p>Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English</p> <p>Be prepared to sit for long periodsand walk short distances</p> <p>Possess the manual dexterity to operateessential office equipment, including computers and cash registers</p> <p>Possess the mental ability to be able to process cash and manual transactions</p> <p>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds</p> <p>Be at least 18 years of age</p> <p>Smile during every customer interaction</p> <p>Maintain uniform standards while around the account</p> <p>Be able to pass a criminal background check</p> <p>Ability to create relationships with customers</p> <p>Organized, proficient with computers, and strong number skills</p>
