<p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>PRN role with variable shifts, Minimum of 16 hours on weekends every 4 weeks, Shifts start as early as 6am and end as late as 6pm. Weekday shifts available as needed.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required </li><li>Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <p>Licenses & Certifications</p> <ul> <li>CPR certification. Required </li><li>Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
