<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Strategist in Saint Louis, MO.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>UX Strategist will work directly with Product and Business Leads to define long-term UX strategy for core products, ensuring design efforts drive measurable business impact </li><li>Act as a lead in the UX space, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to other designers, helping to elevate the overall quality and consistency of the team's output </li><li>Champion the adoption and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a unified experience across all touchpoints </li><li>Can develop concepts from ideation to execution, with strong emphasis on product focus and data-driven decision-making </li><li>Comfortable experimenting and iterating on ideas, leveraging web patterns and design frameworks to solve complex problems </li><li>As a UX Strategist, you will welcome criticism, feedback, and can expertly defend design decisions for the good of the product and customer, acting as the voice of the user </li><li>Love validating product designs with customers and utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic direction </li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, ensuring they meet a high bar for detail, accessibility, and user-centered design principles* 5+ years of experience in interaction design, user interface design, and user experience research, or a related field </li><li>Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of designers and driving strategic UX initiatives across multiple product features </li><li>Expert proficiency with Figma is required, including experience using and contributing to a centralized design system </li><li>Strong command of visual design, interaction design, and information architecture, with a portfolio showcasing complex, shipped digital products and strategic thinking </li><li>Extensive working knowledge of UI and Web Patterns and experience implementing and governing a design system </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Engineering </li><li>Comfortable leading user research efforts and utilizing data to inform and validate strategic decisions </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate and prototype interactions rapidly at all levels of fidelity </li></ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the Online Learning industry, especially professional education, or Ecommerce is a significant plus </li></ul>
