As we continue our rapid expansion, we are searching for a visionary Regional Director to take charge of operations across a vast geographic region, driving performance, optimizing efficiency, and shaping the future of our success.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organizational Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and manage metric-driven logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and process ownership. </li><li>Serve as a senior management team member, contributing to strategic decisions and leveraging assets and relationships to maximize return on investment. Communicate key strategies to Terminal Managers for effective regional execution. </li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of the P&L for each terminal in the assigned region, along with customer insights and business development opportunities to establish effective operating budgets. </li><li>Provide expertise in pricing strategies, route analysis, and the Xcelerator system to assist Terminal Managers in optimizing operations. </li><li>Utilize root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions that enhance operational effectiveness. </li><li>Ensure adequate backup support for all operational functions across the region to maintain continuity and service excellence. </li><li>Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures in all terminals within the assigned region to maintain consistency and compliance. </li><li>Assist Terminal Managers in developing procedures for onboarding new projects and work initiatives added to the Hackbarth portfolio. </li><li>Lead the development and coaching of Terminal Managers and operational staff, fostering their professional growth and contributing to overall organizational success. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions / Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Extensive Travel (At least 75% of the time) - The ideal candidate will spend one week at their home base terminal and travel to other terminals for the remaining three weeks of the month. </li><li>Occasionally required to stand, sit, use hands for handling objects or tools, and reach with arms. </li><li>Occasionally (less than 25% of the time) required to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Frequently (50%+ of the time) requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, color distinction, and depth perception. </li><li>Occasionally (less than 25% of the time) exposed to moving mechanical equipment and airborne particles, with a typically quiet noise level in the work environment. </li><li>Occasionally (less than 25% of the time) required to work weekends or overtime, primarily during start-ups or when onboarding new business. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Final Mile Delivery experience is required. </li><li>Proven experience in senior leadership and management roles, with a strong focus on strategic planning and operations management. </li><li>Demonstrated skills in budgeting, pricing, and financial analysis. </li><li>Expertise in negotiation, business development, project management, and process improvement. </li><li>Strong leadership abilities to drive team performance and operational excellence. </li><li>Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies that align with organizational goals. </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Compensation</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience. </li><li>$100,000.00 Annually </li><li>Quarterly Bonuses (Performance Based) </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance. </li><li>Supplemental insurance options </li><li>Retirement plan options. </li><li>Paid time off and holidays. </li><li>Opportunities for career advancement. </li><li>A dynamic and inclusive work environment. </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
