Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security through routine audits and monitor. </li><li>Collaborate with departments to define data and reporting needs, streamline workflows, and improve access to actionable insights. </li><li>Develop and enforce application and data governance standards, including documentation of schemas, data flows, and metadata. </li><li>Serve as a liaison with vendors and technical partners for upgrades, patches, and integrations. </li><li>Coordinate activities to design, implement, and audit security roles and access for enterprise applications. </li><li>Availability to work weekends or evenings for time sensitive projects. </li><li>Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in analytics, data management, and system architecture. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p> <p>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in computing related discipline or equivalent combination of education, certification and relevant experience. </li><li>Minimum 2 years management or leadership experience, required. </li><li>Experience leading technical teams. </li><li>Demonstrated technical knowledge of database administration and data management utilizing MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. </li><li>Proven experience with enterprise application administration including security role management, business process design, and system integrations. </li><li>Proven experience in Power BI Administration and dashboard development, ETL workflows, and data warehouse architecture. </li></ul> <p>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Strong background in managing application data integrity, system integrations, and data lifecycle management. </li><li>Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). </li><li>Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and reporting standards. </li><li>Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA/HiTech FERPA, 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines . </li><li>Ability to analyze and document data schemas, create entity relationship diagrams, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively. </li><li>Self-directed with strong problem solving and decision-making skills. </li></ul>
