Some roles or teams may require additional in-office attendance if the essential functions of the role require it.</p> <p>THE OPPORTUNITY</p> <p>The Senior Quality Engineer oversees quality practices and processes for Education Solutions Engineering's Agile team(s). You will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the team. This may include developing manual and automation test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA results. The role requires experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify risks and communicate them</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Note: Referencing the Career Management Framework, drawing from Quality Engineering job family.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serves as Quality Engineer Lead on one or more projects. Works closely with Quality Engineers to implement automated / performance tests. Defines and coordinates test activities across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures test results are analyzed, documented, and reported accurately. Based on test execution result analysis, opens defects as necessary and works with engineering teams for resolution.
