You will gather employee information from various sources and enter it into our database. You will support all HR functions, including employee recruiting and onboarding.</p> <p>Data Entry and Accuracy</p> <ul> <li>Accurately and efficiently inputting data into HR systems and databases. </li><li>Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive HR data. </li><li>Proficient in data entry and record-keeping. </li><li>Experience with scanning and organizing documents. </li><li>Quick and accurate typing skills. </li></ul> <p>HR-Specific Knowledge & Duties</p> <ul> <li>Familiar with HR policies and procedures. </li><li>Generating reports from data systems as needed. </li><li>Organizing and managing HR files and records. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>3 years of experience in fast paced talent acquisition and onboarding/ Data Entry experience</p> <p>HRIS:</p> <p>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools</p> <p>Paylocity Experience Preferred</p>
