The hospital also offers world-class orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, life-saving emergency care, stroke treatment, labor & delivery, and so much more.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>A Laboratory Technician works closely and with the advice of a Laboratory Technologist in the performance of diagnostic procedures. Procedures are performed as efficiently and expeditiously as possible. Laboratory Technicians may exercise limited independent judgment and work under the supervision of a Laboratory Technologist, Supervisor or Director</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree in MLS (preferred) </li><li>Certificate training program at an approved school for Medical Technician level training leading to state licensure </li></ul> <p>Licensure/Certification/Registration:</p> <ul> <li>Current Florida License TC - Laboratory Clinical Technician </li></ul> <p>Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English </li><li>Previous laboratory experience preferred </li></ul>
