<p>Mitchell College seeks to hire an experienced and proactive Enrollment Management CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Slate CRM, along with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and an energetic, collaborative approach. Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions, the Enrollment Management CRM Specialist will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and expanding the Slate CRM environment to meet the evolving needs of admissions and enrollment management. This position will focus on enhancing operational workflows, ensuring data integrity, and developing solutions that align with the institution's enrollment strategies for all undergraduate and new programs. The Enrollment Management CRM Specialist will also be responsible for development, execution, and analysis of communication campaigns, data maintenance and regular reporting, and assist with the implementation of marketing and communications strategies for print, web, email and SMS communication. This position will develop, implement, and manage the enrollment management communication calendar, and support a full range of enrollment activities including new-student recruitment, retention, and on-and off-campus event programming.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Capability to customize, build applications, create forms, queries, and reports to support all stages of the admissions cycle </li><li>Manage annual application preparation, including updates and configuration for each admissions cycle </li><li>Builds and maintains import processes for external data sources, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of all name acquisition data </li><li>Design and manage portals to support admissions and recruitment efforts </li><li>Identify opportunities for enhancements and recommend technical solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic goals </li><li>Manage data integrations and assist with error correction in the feed of data between systems, vendor files, and site-specific forms that insert records into the system. Develop in-depth knowledge of data integrations and business process data usage ensuring optimal data integrations and troubleshooting when necessary </li><li>Collaborate with the Admissions team to implement and optimize automated communication workflows, including segmentation, personalization, testing, and deployment </li><li>Manage population groups and deliver targeted outreach campaigns </li><li>Run regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure best practices in system maintenance </li><li>Assist with writing and editing content for publications as well as electronic communication streams using the CRM. </li><li>Execute email and SMS communication utilizing the CRM. </li><li>Keep enrollment web content current and make recommendations for updates. </li><li>Assist with creating and maintaining a strong social media presence. </li><li>Provide high-quality customer service </li><li>Develop a working knowledge and remain current on all College recruitment messages, facts, and policies. </li><li>Collaborate with other administrative offices, academic departments, committees and College personnel to effectively support student recruitment and enrollment - specifically Communications and Marketing. </li><li>Attend professional development workshops and conferences when required </li><li>Participate in evening and weekend events </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director of Admissions </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, required. </li><li>Experience integrating and managing Slate CRM </li><li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast paced environment </li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and executing complex, integrated communication campaigns </li><li>Demonstrated public relations skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and candidates must demonstrate acute attention to detail, strong organization and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Flexibility, dedication, initiative, confidentiality, and the ability to learn are expected </li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize work assignments for timely completion </li><li>Willingness to work non-standard hours, including some evenings and weekends </li><li>Self-starter and resourceful </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree </li><li>Demonstrated experience serving on or leading a CRM project team (i.e., implementation, ongoing enhancements, customizations, etc.) </li><li>Experience in a competitive admission setting or equivalent experience in a marketing role </li><li>Demonstrated experience creating content and managing social media platforms </li><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish (fluent in speaking and writing) </li></ul> <p>Mitchell College is an Affirmative Action-Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, political affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, disability and genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization or other non-merit factors.</p>
