<p>Position Summary: The Plant Operations Manager will oversee the execution of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and the daily operations of the WRR plant, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and strict adherence to safety protocols. This role is instrumental in achieving operational objectives while allowing the General Manager to focus on strategic planning, commercial development, and expansion initiatives.
