<p>Ability to pass state and FBI background checks is required for Security positions. A felony conviction or class A misdemeanors may prevent a candidate from meeting the minimum requirements to be licensed as a private security officer in Arkansas. Additionally, this position is designated as a safety and security sensitive position pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act and is subject to drug and alcohol testing.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as central dispatch for Stephens Corporate Security Department.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor burglar/fire/robbery alarms and dispatch appropriate personnel and/or agencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor CCTV systems and dispatch appropriate personnel as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Receive, monitor and ensure appropriate response to all incoming calls (emergency calls, complaint calls, routine calls, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with all levels of Corporate Security.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and operate required computer systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain card access system, codes badges, etc., as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain records according to established guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the usage of emergency/security systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that data is properly entered and records stored for retrieval.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other tasks as assigned by management.</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED). </li><li>Experience as a dispatcher (fire/police/emergency related or central station alarm agent) preferred. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Current valid driver's license to operate company vehicles. </li></ul> <p>Starting Annual Salary for this Position: $40,000.00.</p>
