<p>Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.</p> <p>Summary: The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of Agile principles, a strong desire to learn, and a proactive mindset to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to grow in an Agile environment and contribute to meaningful, customer-facing projects.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies </li><li>Guide the team in Agile best practices and remove impediments to progress </li><li>Work with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized </li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team </li><li>Monitor sprint progress and provide reports or metrics to stakeholders as needed </li><li>Support team adherence to Agile methodologies and help coach new team members </li><li>Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge and ensure consistency across teams* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field </li><li>0-3 years of experience working in an Agile environment (internship, academic project, or professional) </li><li>Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and core values </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) </li><li>Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps environments </li><li>Ability to adapt quickly, learn from senior team members, and support multiple priorities </li><li>Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) is a plus </li></ul>
