<p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <p>Under the direction of the _<strong>Inventory Supervisor</strong>, the Inventory Coordinator performs periodic inventory counting, receives and ships materials into and out of inventory and enters related data into logs/software. Ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts and shipments.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB</p> <ul> <li>Perform Daily Cycle counts for assigned locations directed by Inventory Supervisor </li><li>Monitor & Control Inventory Integrity through Inbound and Outbound audits when required. </li><li>Ensure Inventory accuracy to meet all internal and external client demands. </li><li>Partner with IB/OB clericals to research inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. </li><li>Report discrepancies and damage product to Operations Supervisors for further resolution. </li><li>Maintain product identification and location accuracy within the facility. </li><li>Required to operate equipment within the facility. </li><li>Be open minded to ideas where they can be applied to enable innovation. </li><li>Take leadership on daily basis getting things done, on time and to a high quality. </li><li>Always strive for better in your work & flexible to work OT when needed. </li><li>Maintain Workstation are clean and organized. </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm</p> <p>Pay Rate: 18:84</p> <p>Shift Differential:</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Work experience in production or warehouse environment </li><li>2-3 years' experience of shipping /Receiving and Inventory Control Responsibilities and processes. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ability to use computers, enterprise software - excel, outlook, others </li><li>Have basic math knowledge and skills. (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication). </li><li>Good communication skills, good email writing skills </li><li>Hazardous materials handling </li><li>Good inter-personal skills </li><li>Ability to work in team environment </li><li>Must have forklift experience </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Operational experience preferred. </li><li>Understand of SAP & experience working with variety of WMS. </li><li>Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems. </li></ul>
