<p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>As the MRO Fulfillment Program Manager you will collaborate with the Overhaul, Repair, Spares and OV teams to fulfill material for Overhaul Engines and ensure on time kit launches.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>West Chester Ohio location preferred, however a U.S. based remote work arrangement may also be considered. </li></ul> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for the daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Material, Component Repair and Accessory shops.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate MRO critical material fulfillment and propose material solutions to ensure on time Gate 2 Kit launches</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate status to the customer.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordination of material solutions across all channels (new, used, repair & OV)</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration between Product Line, Supply Chain & Spares</p> </li><li> <p>Escalation & Triage of Program Pacer Material (new, repair, OV)</p> </li><li> <p>Influence allocation of critical material</p> </li><li> <p>Presents to SEB & ED leaders</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Supply Chain Fulfillment or Shop Operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Characteristics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Materials management experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Engine overhaul experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong oral and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Established project management skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>GE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
