<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Maintainer V: HVAC / Plumbing / General Maintenance | Mansfield Facilities Department</p> <p>The Mansfield Facilities Department is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Maintainer to join our maintenance team. We are looking for a versatile professional-either licensed or with equivalent veteran experience-who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities & Skills</p> <ul> <li>System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex HVAC and commercial plumbing issues with precision. </li><li>Automation: Demonstrate proficiency in managing and maintaining automated building systems. </li><li>Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex diagrams and schematics. </li><li>General Maintenance: Support the broader team with general facility maintenance and repair tasks as needed. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>We give strong preference to licensed technicians with a background in industrial/commercial environments, specifically those with:</p> <ul> <li>Large-Scale Cooling: Experience with packaged rooftop units ranging from 1 to 100 tons. </li><li>Heating Systems: Hands-on experience with large-scale boilers (up to 3 million BTUs). </li><li>Piping: Proven expertise in various piping system installations and repairs. </li></ul> <p>Hours: 40 hours/week; Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.</p> <p>Salary Range: $35.52 - $44.99 hourly</p> <p>Benefits: Full benefits package including health/vision/dental insurance, paid time-off, retirement plan, etc.</p> <p>Position Available: Open immediately</p> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>You'll be a vital part of a dedicated team ensuring the safety and comfort of our community's infrastructure.
