<p>We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Brazer Lead to join our client's team and support their production efforts. In this role, you will assist the Production Supervisor in ensuring brazing operations are performed efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will be a key player in coordinating work orders, delegating tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and productive workplace. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:00pm</p> <p>Pay: $17/hr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate brazing activities and delegate tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion. </li><li>Assist in training new associates and coach current associates to ensure optimal performance. </li><li>Maintain adherence to safety protocols, including PPE and company safety policies. </li><li>Operate, troubleshoot, and perform small repairs on brazing equipment. </li><li>Act as a liaison between associates and management to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations. </li><li>Monitor work orders and ensure associates are following proper documentation and procedures. </li><li>Track parts flow and report daily progress to ensure timely delivery. </li><li>Work with maintenance to ensure brazing equipment is properly maintained. </li><li>Identify and address work order processing issues to maintain productivity. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>One year of related experience. </li><li>Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate associates to meet customer demands. </li><li>Proficient in setting up brazing machines, tooling, and reading blueprints, gauges, and measuring instruments. </li><li>Excellent understanding of quality processes, procedures, and specifications, with experience in SPC. </li><li>Strong decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to make adjustments while following standard procedures. </li><li>Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with experience coaching and training associates, and delegating tasks. </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, short-term disability, weekly pay, employee discounts, referral bonus potential, and so much more!</p> <p>If you're looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced environment and want to make an impact in a growing company, then click "Apply Now" to join our team.
