If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and like being on the move, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values consistency, teamwork, and doing things the right way.</p> <p>In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth transportation, handling, and organization of products-supporting operations from farm pickup through packing and shipping-while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pick up eggs from local farms and safely unload them at the packing and shipping facility</p> </li><li> <p>Support daily warehouse operations, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Receiving deliveries</p> </li><li> <p>Organizing and maintaining inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment</p> </li><li> <p>Update inventory records, complete basic documentation, and assist with cycle counts to maintain accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Transport intra-company mail, supplies, and materials between company locations and vendors</p> </li><li> <p>Follow strict TSA regulations when entering designated screening areas and transporting screened cargo</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections</p> </li><li> <p>Clean and disinfect trucks according to SOPs and management expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, lift gates, and dock plates</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment</p> </li><li> <p>Provide backup coverage for weekday delivery routes when needed</p> </li><li> <p>Work weekend shifts as required</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other related duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook </li><li>Experience with delivery routes </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience) </li><li>At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, and/or delivery </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record </li><li>DOT medical clearance </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Regularly drive a box truck and work in warehouse settings </li><li>Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and sanitizing chemicals </li><li>Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) </li><li>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds </li><li>Ability to work in all weather and road conditions </li><li>Required vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Tuesday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM </li><li>Saturday: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>This role offers stability, variety, and the chance to contribute to essential daily operations.
