<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees and supports a team of Recruiters responsible for sourcing,</p> <p>screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles across departments and business entities. This</p> <p>leadership role ensures the execution of effective and inclusive recruitment strategies, maintains high quality hiring standards, and fosters positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. The Manager is</p> <p>expected to provide strategic guidance, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to</p> <p>HR initiatives that support organizational goals.</p> <p>Essential Functions Statement(s)</p> <ul> <li>Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential </li></ul> <p>candidates.</p> <ul> <li>Review incoming applications and resumes, screening candidates based on job requirements. </li><li>Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skill, and interest in the position. </li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. </li><li>Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Recruiters to meet hiring objectives and </li></ul> <p>performance expectations.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure timely and effective hiring processes. </li><li>Develop and implement recruitment strategies, processes, and tolls to improve efficiency and </li></ul> <p>quality of hire.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies </li></ul> <p>accordingly.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure consistent use of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and adherence to documentation </li></ul> <p>standards.</p> <ul> <li>Provide training and ongoing professional development to Recruiters. </li><li>Participate in and lead recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities. </li><li>Serve as a liaison between Recruiters and hiring managers to address issues, improve </li></ul> <p>communication, and ensure satisfaction.</p> <ul> <li>Stay informed on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliant hiring processes. </li><li>Assist with other HR projects and initiates as needed. </li><li>Other Duties as Assigned </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & ABILITIES</p> <p>Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
