The Early Childhood Education Department at Fisher College is seeking qualified candidates to serve as adjunct instructors for the Early Childhood Graduate Program. Standard faculty responsibilities encompass course instruction, preparation, grading, and student engagement.</p> <p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Teach courses according to assigned schedule </li><li>Follow the official approved curriculum and syllabus </li><li>Facilitate engaging online learning experiences aligned with course objectives and program outcomes </li><li>Prepare the course in Canvas, aligning with institutional policies and designated teaching modality. </li><li>Lead four synchronous class sessions via Microsoft Teams (1 hour each) </li><li>Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments and discussions </li><li>Record all grades using the Canvas gradebook </li><li>Use TurnitIn for papers requiring citations and review similarity reports </li><li>Collaborate with program leadership to ensure course quality and alignment with course objectives/program learning outcomes </li><li>Follow all additional academic policies as designated by the VPAA </li></ul>
