<p>Integration Consultant, Trimble Marketplace</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Trimble is seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Integration Consultant to play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant developer community and ensuring high-quality integrations within the Trimble ecosystem and Marketplace. Similar to successful platforms like the Procore Marketplace and Autodesk Marketplace, the Trimble Marketplace will serve as a central hub for discovering, promoting, and selling integrations and extensions that enhance the core Trimble product experience. This role will be instrumental in empowering third-party sellers and creating a thriving ecosystem for buyers by providing technical guidance and certification for their integrations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class integration experience.</p> <p>About the Role: As an Integration Consultant for our Marketplace Program, you will be responsible for technically guiding and supporting developers throughout their integration journey with Trimble. You will be a key point of contact for external developers, ensuring their integrations meet Trimble's technical standards and are ready for the Marketplace. You will use your technical expertise to identify opportunities to streamline the integration process and solve complex technical problems. You will work closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to bring integrations to life and ensure a seamless experience for both developers and end-users.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide technical guidance and support to third-party developers integrating with Trimble's APIs and platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Define and execute the technical end-to-end user engagement model for developers, including sandbox deployment, and the app review and certification process for integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with Trimble, the Trimble user base, developers, and partners to understand their technical needs and ensure integrations deliver exceptional value.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and certify third-party integrations for technical quality, security, and adherence to Trimble's integration guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Create clear and concise technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices for developers.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define requirements for integration tools, SDKs, and API enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot technical issues reported by developers during the integration and certification process.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a thriving community of partners and developers around the Trimble Marketplace by providing technical expertise and support.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate technical insights and integration progress to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor integration performance, analyze technical data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the developer experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>BA/BS degree.</p> </li><li> <p>5-8 years of previous experience in a technical role such as Integration Engineer, Solutions Architect, Developer Advocate, or a similar role focused on API integrations and developer support.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of successfully guiding developers through complex integration processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with end-to-end technical lifecycle management, from concept to deployment and iteration of integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in defining technical requirements and creating detailed integration specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to gather and analyze technical user feedback, translating it into actionable insights for the development team.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable technical solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>High level of comfort with technology and its development.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent technical documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of API design and integration strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective technical messaging and go-to-market strategies for integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>A track record of successfully making and keeping commitments.</p> </li><li> <p>Pay Equity</p> </li><li> <p>Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
