<p>The SaaS Solution Manager is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The position is also responsible for Implementing and Supporting SaaS solutions for various departments. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure Corporate and IS policy and procedures are adhered to </li><li>Remain abreast of other initiatives within the IS Enterprise organization to ensure compatibility and integration opportunities are not hindered. </li><li>Maintain awareness of Enterprise system software in use by the organization. </li><li>Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. </li><li>Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. </li><li>Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. </li><li>Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome and measure progress </li><li>Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. </li><li>Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts </li><li>Server as Project Manager, Technical Lead or Project Team member for SaaS software implementations. </li><li>Ensure Master Data alignment between all Business Systems. </li><li>Work with Business and internal Data Insights team to ensure proper information visibility. </li><li>Keep up to date on Roadmap and release for our SaaS software and advise business as appropriate. </li><li>Work with business leaders to identify and document requirements that aid in Vendor selection and a successful project implementation. </li><li>Manage Vendor relationships for SaaS software </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. </li><li>10 Years working in a role implementing and supporting SaaS solutions </li><li>Proven experience as leader in a similar role. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Comfortable working in a self-directed environment </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to travel outside of the United States in support of projects and solutions </li></ul> <p>#LI-DNI</p>
