This position is also responsible for maintaining internal audit controls in regard to cash, coin equipment, and documentation. The Cashier is also responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The casher may also support and function in other administrative functions.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Accurately counts cash, coin, and checks nightly </li><li>Posts required daily documentation to CCCI's internal systems using Microsoft Office and CONA system </li><li>Responsible for reconciling monies against documentation </li><li>Documents daily cash room activities, including but not limited to nightly route deposit information, route variances, full-service placements, and removals and full-service key logs </li><li>Tracks driver cash variances (missing checks, cash) for audit purposes via an excel spreadsheet </li><li>Maintains cash room security level and reports any related issues </li><li>Conducts a bi-annual check of security systems, cameras, alarms, and the cash room door </li><li>Maintains internal audit controls with cash, equipment, and documentation </li><li>Assists Office Coordinator(s) with setup and execution of branch stewardship activities and other administrative (may include other duties as assigned) </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Basic math and reading skills required </li><li>Basic computer skills required with a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred </li><li>Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision in a timely manner </li><li>Preferred strong organizational skills </li><li>Preferred problem-solving skills </li><li>Lifting bags of coins and other items as needed </li><li>Occasional bending and lifting up to 30 lbs </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule off shifts, staggered work shift, holiday work </li><li>Optional use of cell as needed </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Customer Service Environment</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>Nearest Major Market: Cleveland</p> <p>Nearest Secondary Market: Mansfield</p>
