We have three behavioral health units: cardiac telemetry, and critical care service lines. Our Haverhill campus offers all private rooms, and our Methuen campus offers a new state-of-the-art catheterization suite and Joint Center of Excellence, named as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction+ Center for Knee and Hip Replacement.</p> <p>Job Summary: OR Scheduler Full-time 40 Hour Days</p> <p>Staff must be able to work with Surgeon's offices to schedule surgical cases. Familiarity with medical terminology a plus.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Answering multiple telephone calls from physician's; patients; and staff. </li><li>Receive telephone calls from multiple departments and must transfer calls accordingly. </li><li>Data entry of daily changes; verification of charges; reconciliation of charges; other data entry into excel spreadsheets. </li><li>Calling patients, the day before appointments to inform them of their arrival times, schedule meetings for Director and Clinical Leaders. </li><li></li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business or medical field strongly desired. </li><li>Previous medical secretary experience </li><li>Strong computer experience preferred </li></ul>
