<p>The Material Handler supports the Single Serve personnel and is responsible for several production-based duties including but not limited to: moving inventory (both raw and finished) in and out of the production area, staging machines with proper materials, and stacking and wrapping finished goods on pallets.</p> <p>Primary Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Arrive 15 minutes early to shift to get work instructions from Single Serve Leadership. </li><li>Accurately interpret work orders and other instructions to ensure proper materials and specifications are being followed. </li><li>Ensure that all machines are staged with adequate materials to perform necessary work orders. </li><li>Assist in breaking out Operations Support team members during lunch and breaks. </li><li>Execute material changeovers on select machines frequently throughout the shift </li><li>Accurately complete all required quality checks and paperwork </li><li>Move raw materials from the inventory area into the production area and finished material to shipping area for transport. </li><li>Operate an electric or manual pallet jack in a safe and proficient manner. </li><li>Stack finished goods cases onto pallets following the required pallet patterns. </li><li>Stretch wrap and secure pallets for shipping. </li><li>Clean work area, machines, and equipment in order to aid the operators </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management; tasks are not exclusive or limited to duties specified on this list. </li><li>Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements. </li><li>Follow all required work safety procedures to include wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). </li><li>Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed. </li></ul>
