As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.</p> <p>More about our team</p> <p>The Labor & Business Services team focuses on delivering timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll balancing solutions across our national network of hospitals and care sites. We thrive in a collaborative environment and use advanced technologies like UKG and Alteryx to drive process efficiency and labor compliance. Our team values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>A Manager, LBS Timekeeping & Scheduling who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees the daily operations of timekeeping and scheduling functions within a shared services environment </li><li>Partners with Payroll, People Services, and department leaders to ensure compliance with labor laws, including overtime, meal breaks, and time-off policies </li><li>Manages a team responsible for accurate time capture and optimal workforce scheduling using UKG software </li><li>Collaborates with IT to resolve system issues, support updates, and enhance system functionality </li><li>Provides expert guidance and acts as liaison with UKG subject matter experts </li><li>Supports timecard and payroll balancing and provider payment file loading through Alteryx automation </li><li>Participates in monthly Vertex tax updates and supports tax balancing processes </li><li>Develops schedules with department managers that align with operational and labor cost goals </li><li>Prepares and presents scheduling and timekeeping metrics to senior leadership </li><li>Makes recommendations using data analysis to support operational decision-making </li><li>Ensures compliance with healthcare regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA) </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance is required </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, People Services, or related field (preferred) </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll reporting, workforce management, or related field </li><li>Experience using UKG and Alteryx automation tools strongly preferred </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills </li><li>Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead a team </li><li>Comfort working with sensitive and confidential data </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA </li></ul> <p>EEOC Statement</p> <p>Lifepoint Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
