<p>Job Purpose</p> <p>Support the company's maintenance program by focusing on plant equipment and building maintenance in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies and OSHA regulations.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems) </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with plant equipment (e.g., wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, transformers, motors, and AC/DC motor drives) </li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment </li><li>Perform building maintenance and repairs (e.g., air conditioning, lights, forklifts) </li><li>Perform small repairs on equipment to prevent long-term downtime until permanent repairs can be completed </li><li>Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel </li><li>Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</p> <ul> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills </li><li>Skilled in pneumatics, and hydraulics </li><li>Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices </li><li>Well rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience </li><li>Written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Technical degree in a maintenance related field, MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher, or refrigeration experience preferred </li><li>$2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days. </li></ul> <p>RISE123</p> <p>MON123</p>
