Our newest Adolescent Residential Treatment Center in Greeley, just outside Denver, is hiring a Maintenance Manager to help create and maintain a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth.</p> <p>In our residential program, teens live in a supportive, safe environment where strong relationships and daily structure are key to the therapeutic process. Your role is essential in keeping that environment safe, functional, and beautiful.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks to support the upkeep and safety of the facility, including:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performing general maintenance across buildings and grounds</p> </li><li> <p>Handling minor plumbing and electrical repairs</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting routine carpentry tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Using hand and power tools to maintain property landscaping</p> </li><li> <p>Collecting and disposing of daily garbage</p> </li><li> <p>Operating and maintain fleet of vehicles (valid driver's license required)</p> </li><li> <p>Cleaning and organizing the maintenance work areas</p> </li><li> <p>On-call expectations</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Age: 21+ years of age or older </li><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. </li><li>Skills: Basic repairs and maintenance tasks </li><li>Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training </li><li>Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Comprehensive Benefit Program that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, PTO, and paid parental leave.</p> <p>There is no predetermined closing date for this job opportunity.
