<p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are looking for a Process Line Operator in our Columbus, GA facility.</p> <p>The duties of this position are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Rotate between various areas within the department. </li><li>Perform data entry </li><li>Maintain production logs </li><li>Performs quality testing to ensure product and process is within required specifications </li><li>Adjustments to line equipment in order to ensure product quality </li><li>Follow all Kodak policies and guidelines </li><li>Report to Pre-Shift Meeting by 0645 (Dayshift) or 1845 (Nightshift) </li><li>Assist other Operators where needed </li><li>Complete Checklist Tasks </li><li>Cross Train in Various areas of the line as needed </li><li>Be able to lift, push, & pull 50lbs </li></ul> <p>Critical Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or GED Certificate </li><li>Good mechanical/technical aptitude with a degree of proficiency in math and computer skills </li><li>A team player and customer-focused attitude </li><li>Effective communication skills </li><li>Able to work overtime as required </li><li>Good overall safety and performance work record </li><li>Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Desired but not required:</p> <ul> <li>Forklift experience </li><li>Previous experience with inspection in a process environment </li><li>Experience with SAP (manufacturing process order system) </li></ul> <p>SHIFT: 8 HR shift, rotating weekly (0645am- 3pm / 2:45pm- 11pm/ 10:45pm- 7am)</p> <p>EOE Policy Statement:</p> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.</p> <p>Estimated Salary: $15.50 - $17.00</p> <p>Experience Level: 0-5 Years</p>
