<p>Participate in the product discovery/build requirements as well as see through that it is successfully deployed Act as a product evangelist to socialize the insights as well as gather feedback to make your product effective for all the users Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to solve complex merchant issues Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions Coordinate, write, and action merchant communication and follow-up Work with cross-functional teams to establish operational procedures and provide supporting documentation Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, including merchants if necessary Understand business needs and solve customer problems Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Participate in product discovery, document requirements, and drive successful execution of product initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, analytics, legal, compliance, marketing, and other product teams Conduct basic data analysis to monitor product performance and generate insights that inform go-forward decision making, while partnering with our analytics team for more complex analysis Understand evolving consumer, advertiser, and merchant needs and continuously work towards better serving these needs Partner with the Honey product team to prioritize and deliver on the product roadmap Experience leading the full product development lifecycle for a new feature Experience with data analysis in SQL Strong written and verbal communication across product, business, design, and engineering audiences Entrepreneurial mindset with strong bias for action and user empathy Experience with digital advertising or e-commerce</p>
