Then this is the right team for you!</p> <p>As a Cash and Controls Associate within the Prime Financial Services team, you will be responsible for moderate to complex tasks involving cash movements in/out of client accounts. You will prepare funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA's) and coordinate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding. You will additionally work in partnership with various Operations departments and team members to meet goals as well.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare imperative funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA's)/Affiliates </li><li>Review instructions for proper allocation of wires to client/funding accounts within appropriate threshold </li><li>Reconcile ledgers through investigation using various systems and tools </li><li>Coordinate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding </li><li>Verify internal entries for processing and confirming instructions </li><li>Manage Projects - work in partnership with various Operations Departments and team members to meet goals </li><li>Engage in industry change </li><li>Manage and process high value wires with a key focus on risk and control </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Risk and control experience </li><li>Payments experience including SWIFT / ACH / FED Wire / CHIPS </li><li>Detailed oriented </li><li>Good oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Basic computer and Microsoft skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Must be willing to obtain Series 99 within first 120 days </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Project Management experience </li></ul>
