<p>Cambridge, US | full time | Job ID: 9235</p> <p>Job Title: Senior Directors, Center of Data Excellence (CoDE)</p> <p>Company Headquarters: 40 Erie Street, Cambridge, MA 02139</p> <p>Job Location: 200 Connell Dr, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922</p> <p>Telecommuting: Telecommuting is an option. Must report to Cambridge, MA office 1 time/month and New Jersey office 1 to 2 times per week.</p> <p>Travel: 15% Travel per year is required, of which 10% is domestic travel and 5% is international travel.</p> <p>This position is eligible for BioNTech US's Employee Referral Program.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Develop and implement a vision and strategy for clinical data and analytics aligned with organizational goals. 2. Lead a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, engineers and architects to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. 3. Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure data initiatives support patient care objectives. 4. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to advocate for and report on data initiatives and insights. 5. Build a framework of measurable success levers and KPIs to steer the evolution of data excellence efforts by linking to a data strategy and service delivery. 6. Lead a multidisciplinary team of experienced data domain and services experts of data analysts, strategists, architects and engineers. 7. Oversee the integration, standardization, and governance of clinical data from multiple sources, including EHR systems, clinical trial data, and patient-reported outcomes. 8. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). 9. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. 10. Define, develop, and scale a range of technical and non-technical regulatory and exploratory grade data services with an appropriate mix of self-serve, hybrid and managed services including, but not limited to self-serve and managed data analytical services, data ingestion services, developing data policies, master/reference data services, data standards services, data quality and compliance, data subscription services. 11. Drive the development and application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical methods to uncover trends, predictive insights, and support clinical decision-making. 12. Develop dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights for clinicians, researchers, and operational leaders. 13. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of data initiatives on patient outcomes and operational efficiencies. 14. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in clinical data analytics and healthcare. 15. Champion continuous improvement, ensuring analytical processes are efficient, scalable, and agile to respond to organizational needs. 16. Lead efforts to implement new tools or platforms that enhance data analytics capabilities. 17. Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry regulations. 18. Implement protocols to maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability in alignment with internal policies and external regulations. 19. Act as the primary liaison between analytics teams and clinical stakeholders, including physicians, researchers, and administrative leaders. 20. Provide education and training to stakeholders on data literacy, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization. 21. Collaborate with external partners, such as academic institutions or industry organizations, on research and data-sharing initiatives. 22. Actively support business teams to increase their data maturity to build and sustain differentiating success using deep knowledge of clinical development business processes, including the drivers of and threats to their success. 23. Drive consensus towards adoption of clinical development data strategy amongst executive leadership in a fast-paced hypergrowth organization across businesses. Salary: Two hundred fifteen thousand dollars and zero cents to two hundred thirty-five thousand dollars and zero cents per year. </li></ol> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <p>Employer requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field and ten (10) years of work experience e as a data professional.
