<p>Sr. Identity & Access Management Engineer</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Our client is seeking a Sr. Identity & Access Management Engineer to define the company-wide identity management strategy. This role will focus on implementing robust IAM platforms and controls while ensuring that operations teams are well-informed about appropriate processes. This position will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for identity and access management.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Define and develop an overall identity management strategy for the organization, aligning with business goals and regulatory Requirements </li><li>Design and implement identity and access management platforms to support the company's identity strategy. </li><li>Establish and enforce identity management controls to secure sensitive information and maintain compliance. </li><li>Provide training and support to operations teams on IAM processes and best practices. </li><li>Collaborate with IT and security teams to address identity-related incidents and resolve issues promptly. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). </li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in identity and access management or related field. </li><li>Proven track record of successfully implementing IAM platforms and solutions in large organizations. </li><li>Experience with IAM technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. </li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX). </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Relevant certifications including CISSP or CIAM. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. </li><li>Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies with hands-on experience configuring and managing IAM systems. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>This is a 6-Month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our Overland Park, KS client in Overland Park, KS or Cary, NC.
