This includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of specialized equipment.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and repair on laboratory instruments, medical diagnostic equipment, and kiosk systems </li><li>Conducting performance verification and equipment testing to ensure compliance and reliability </li><li>Documenting service activities and managing work orders using EMSAR's ServiceMax system </li><li>Communicating with dispatch teams and customers to coordinate service calls </li><li>Representing EMSAR professionally while working at customer facilities </li></ul> <p>Expect 25% of the role to include documentation and service reporting, with the majority focused on hands-on technical work in the field.</p> <p>This position could require regional day trips and occasional overnight stays. All travel is company paid.</p>
