<p>As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our People & Culture team is hiring a Global HR Business Partner, remote based. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will serve as the primary HRBP supporting a majority of our corporate and business functions globally, while also leading and mentoring one direct report. Over time, as the company continues to scale, this role will expand to oversee a larger team of HRBPs.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to leaders, capable of balancing business objectives with people needs. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can flex between tactical execution and strategic planning, and have experience building HR processes and programs in a global, high-growth SaaS or technology company.</p> <p>You could be the next "Nozomier"! If this sounds like you, read on.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Business Partnership: Serve as the primary HRBP for multiple global functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, or Operations), providing thought partnership to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development. </li><li>Employee Experience & Culture: Partner with managers and employees to drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with our company values. </li><li>Leadership Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to executives and managers, providing coaching on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and change management. </li><li>Talent Strategy: Support talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. </li><li>Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and risk mitigation across global jurisdictions. </li><li>Global People Programs: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to roll out HR programs and ensure adoption across functions. </li><li>Team Leadership: Manage and develop one direct report (HRBP or People Partner), with responsibility to grow and scale the HRBP team over time. </li><li>Data & Insights: Use people analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend solutions that improve organizational health and business outcomes. </li><li>Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust. </li></ul> <p>To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives and global functions. </li><li>Previous experience in a global, high-growth SaaS or technology company, ideally in cybersecurity or adjacent industries. </li><li>Strong track record of building trusted relationships with business leaders and influencing decision-making. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on tactical HR work with strategic initiatives. </li><li>Experience handling complex employee relations issues across multiple countries. </li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in the U.S. and internationally. </li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Experience managing and developing direct reports; passion for growing a team as the organization scales. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) a plus. </li></ul> <p>Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $153,000 to $213,000. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.</p> <p>Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company's equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.</p> <p>In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program.
