<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough incoming inspections of parts to verify quality and compliance. </li><li>Carefully unbox and unbag parts, ensuring they are handled without damage. </li><li>Accurately arrange, fit, and assemble components for welding. </li><li>Install and secure filler ribbons as required in the welding process. </li><li>Handle and stage parts for welding, maintaining their cleanliness and integrity. </li><li>Ensure the cleanliness of all parts during handling and assembly. </li><li>Properly package parts post-assembly and welding to protect them during transport and storage. </li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of tasks performed and parts handled. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is advantageous but not required. </li><li>Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. </li><li>Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing setting with some exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. </li><li>Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE). </li><li>AS9100, ISO9001:2008, & NADCAP Standards </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.</p> <p>For candidates based in California: The pay range for this position is $25.91 - $44.04 per hour.</p> <p>Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
