<p>Description</p> <p>Per Diem Call Coverage - General Surgery Physician- Putnam Hospital Center - Carmel, NY (one hour north of NYC)</p> <p>Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, New York, just one hour north of New York City, is seeking a per diem General Surgery Physician to provide additional call coverage for a busy and growing group. Located in a suburban community, the hospital is a 164-bed acute care facility offering the highest quality medical, surgical, psychiatric, pediatric and obstetrical/gynecological care, as well as 24-hour emergency services. The hospital has recently completed a $34 million addition and has all single-patient rooms.</p> <p>This is an employed position with Nuvance Health Medical Practice.</p> <p>Putnam Hospital Center is located in Putnam County, next to Westchester County. The area enjoys a reputation for beautiful scenery, and excellent public and private schools.
