<p>Overall Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify business news and trends relevant to readers. </li><li>Assist with In Business' real-time news coverage and write stories as </li></ul> <p>needed. In coordination with the editorial team, take ownership of several business topic areas for regular coverage online and in print.</p> <ul> <li>Produce two daily e-newsletters (morning and afternoon) featuring the top </li></ul> <p>stories of the day and create corresponding social media content</p> <ul> <li>Curate news sections for online editions </li><li>Collaborate with editorial staff to ensure seamless and comprehensive </li></ul> <p>news coverage between digital, print, and social media</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor In Business' editorial inbox for news items with the highest news </li></ul> <p>potential</p> <ul> <li>Cultivate and maintain regional news sources, leads, and story ideas </li><li>Create coverage plan for daily news items. </li><li>Post multiple daily Latest News items </li><li>Edit and produce In Business' two daily e-newsletters </li><li>Select and edit news to be featured in the magazines' print features </li><li>Contribute to editorial content of magazines and special sections, as </li></ul> <p>assigned by editor-in-chief</p> <ul> <li>Assist at company events throughout the year </li><li>Actively participates in the Great Game of Business </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Behavior: Be a team player.
