We strive for excellence in supporting this network and are committed to providing the highest quality products for the well-being of patients.</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for accurate and timely analysis of financial results, both externally and internally. Prepares and enters data for annual budgets and financial forecasts. Prepares short-term & long-term financial models. Supports the commentary to CEO & Senior management teams.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes and monitors financial results, making comparison between budgeted and actual performance and explaining deviations </li><li>Conduct monthly Colorado financial review for Leadership team - Top 5 opportunities and drive completion. </li><li>Prepares monthly financial results, and enters into Tagetik Reporting System </li><li>Prepares the monthly internal Financial Management Reporting Package </li><li>Prepares Financial Statements for annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, and enters into Tagetik </li><li>Create financial templates to be used for budget and forecasts </li><li>Assist with completing external budget, and forecasts Excel and Power Point templates. Interfaces with Corporate entity, as needed. </li><li>Prepares operating budgets for departments or assists individual department heads in this process </li><li>Supports CFO/Finance Director in preparing for Business Review Meetings and other ad hoc analysis </li><li>Applies principles of accounting to record transactions, analyze financial information, and prepare financial reports. Supports the monthly closing process with analysis. </li><li>Provide financial guidance and support to Business Partners </li><li>Labor costs analysis, as needed. </li><li>Ad Hoc projects on an as needed basis </li></ul> <p>LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Two direct reports - Senior Financial Analyst & Payroll. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</p> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <p>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</p> <p>REASONING ABILITY</p> <p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <p>C.M.A., preferred but not required.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
