<p>This Opportunity</p> <p>WSP USA hosts hundreds of internships across the United States to gain hands-on, meaningful work experience to enhance their education and professional aptitude. Our interns gain exposure to real projects while working side by side with senior staff. Through our Developing Professionals Network, interns gain mentorship, networking opportunities and lifelong career connections.</p> <p>Our Property & Buildings Strategic Growth Team is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Intern to work out of our Minneapolis, MN office. The following locations will also be considered: Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Boise, ID; Dallas, TX; New York, NY; Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA; Orlando, FL; and Philadelphia, PA. This temporary position is seeking individuals currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program.</p> <p>This internship will be part of the WSP Summer Internship Program. As a summer intern, you have the opportunity to participate in our 12-week program scheduled to start on May 18, 2026. The individual start date of the internship may be flexible.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>This role is designed to provide broad exposure to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) marketing and pursuit lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on knowledge management and proposal support.</p> <p>Knowledge Management (Approximately 50%)</p> <ul> <li>Support organization, cleanup, and maintenance of the P&B Content Library, hosted on SharePoint. </li><li>Assist with rebranding, updating, and standardizing resumes and project sheets to align with the WSP brand and writing standards. </li><li>Help improve accessibility, consistency, and usability of shared marketing assets. </li><li>Complete required training related to systems, tools, and branding standards. </li></ul> <p>Pursuits, Proposals, and Qualifications (Approximately 50%)</p> <ul> <li>Shadow and assist the P&B SGT during pursuits, proposals, and qualifications. </li><li>Provide formatting, editing, and preliminary layout support for marketing and proposal documents. </li><li>Assist with writing and editing of marketing materials, resumes, and proposal content. </li><li>Support coordination of marketing content and proposal deliverables. </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs. </li></ul> <p>Throughout the internship, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Learn foundational principles of the AEC industry, with a focus on Property & Buildings. </li><li>Develop technical, communication, and professional skills. </li><li>Complete training on assigned tasks. </li><li>Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. </li><li>Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Actively enrolled in an accredited Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related undergraduate program, with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later. </li><li>Must be 18 or older. </li><li>Demonstrated interest in knowledge management and process improvement, with experience leveraging SharePoint to organize, manage, and collaborate on documents, templates, and shared resources. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated interest in marketing, business development, or the AEC industry, particularly within Property & Buildings. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in technical writing and editing, including synthesizing complex information into clear, audience appropriate content while adhering to style and quality standards. </li><li>Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience. </li><li>Capable of taking direction from leadership, mentors, and managers to executive projects. </li><li>Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, technology, and tools. </li><li>Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. </li><li>Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Actively enrolled in an accredited Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related Masters or PhD program, with an anticipated graduation date of August 2026 or later. </li><li>Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat. </li><li>Interest in proposal development, branding, or strategic growth within a professional services environment. </li><li>Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Expected Pay: $20.87 - $30.53 per hour</p> <p>WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.</p>
