<p>Job Title: Construction Project Manager</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to join our leading construction company specializing in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong in managing complex construction projects and demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. </li><li>Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. </li><li>Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. </li><li>Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. </li><li>Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. </li><li>Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. </li><li>Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. </li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. </li><li>Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks. </li><li>Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. </li><li>Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all project team members. </li><li>Responsible for financial monitoring and settlement of projects. </li><li>Supervise the executive staff to ensure qualification for performing work tasks. </li><li>Manage work planning and coordination for projects to meet quality criteria. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. </li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. </li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. </li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools. </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. </li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects. </li><li>PMP or similar certification. </li><li>Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification. </li><li>Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, take-offs. </li><li>Familiarity with MS Project, Procore, Sage software. </li><li>Experience with high-end, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects. </li><li>Experience working on healthcare projects and/or manufacturing, clean rooms, biopharma. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm at work sites in Connecticut (Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven counties) and one site in Poughkeepsie, NY. The work will be split between the company's headquarters in Brookfield and various worksite locations.
