Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains all public areas such as the main lobby, administrative offices, business conference area, vending machine rooms, elevator lobbies, stairwells, hallways, Courtyard and RV Park Clubhouse </li><li>Inspects room for cleanliness and appearance and signifies completion of room on daily assignment sheet. </li><li>Washes guestroom windows, windows and doors in public spaces, and administrative offices. </li><li>Maintains the public showers, cleaning and sanitizing after each guest. </li><li>Records and reports maintenance problems found in guestrooms and RV Park </li><li>Reports to leadership any park issues of note and also reports any RV that appears to be in disrepair. </li><li>Operates dishwasher to clean and sterilize glassware used in guestrooms. </li><li>Operates cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors. </li><li>Performs deep cleaning projects as assigned. </li><li>Assists guests with check in kiosk when needed. </li><li>Performs Laundry Attendant and/or Room Attendant duties when necessary. </li><li>Assists with deep cleaning of rooms and periodic cleaning projects when necessary. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Spirit Mountain Standards:</p> <ul> <li>Delivers Spirit Mountain's Spirit of Excellence by consistently modeling attitudes and behaviors in alignment with SMGI's Pride Values, Brand Promise, and Business Vision. </li><li>Learns comprehends and complies with all Company and departmental policies and procedures, MICS, gaming regulations, and Title 31 Regulation requirements. </li><li>Follows all Corporate and departmental safety policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Required Knowledge of:</p> <ul> <li>Techniques and methods used in basic housekeeping and light maintenance procedures. </li><li>Safety precautions as they pertain to basic housekeeping and light maintenance procedures. </li></ul> <p>Required Skill in:</p> <ul> <li>Determining the difference between clean and dirty areas. </li><li>Performing cleaning techniques. </li><li>Communicating both orally and in writing. </li><li>Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others. </li></ul> <p>Education, Experience, Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year cleaning and light maintenance work experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. </li><li>High security gaming license issued by the Grand Ronde Gaming Commission. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Due to the nature of the interactions with other employees and the public we serve, employees may be required to provide documentation of, or receive, certain health vaccinations. </li></ul> <p>Environmental Factors and Conditions/Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in an office and hotel environment with frequent exposure to tobacco smoke. </li><li>Work is subject to frequent standing and walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 75 pounds. </li><li>Work is subject to frequent use of hands to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Occasionally exposed to blood and bodily fluids. </li><li>Frequently exposed to hazardous cleaning materials and chemicals. </li><li>Will be required to pass a pre-employment physical. </li></ul> <p>Equipment and Tools Utilized:</p> <ul> <li>Equipment utilized includes standard office equipment, telephone, materials, supplies and tools used in cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, office and lobby spaces, audio/video equipment, two-way radio, and carts, golf carts, vacuums, and other tools necessary to perform cleaning duties. </li></ul>
