As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex websites and web applications. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Architect and develop feature-rich, highly customized websites and web applications </li><li>Guide team of PHP developers, Front-End developers, QA, Data/Analytics and Information Systems on best practices for building and supporting applications </li><li>Customize and extend core functionality through the use of contributed modules, custom modules, and theming </li><li>Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of websites </li><li>Collaborate with project managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments </li><li>Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to maintain high-quality standards </li><li>Provide technical support and maintain websites and web applications post-launch </li><li>Interpret and adhere to client project requirements to roadmap into full-scale production </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong familiarity with full-stack development practices including theming and API development </li><li>8+ years of experience in development, with a strong understanding of contributed modules </li><li>Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design </li><li>Extensive experience with theming, module development, and custom module integration </li><li>Familiarity with content modeling, multilingual, and e-commerce capabilities </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Experience in working with version control systems, such as Git </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders </li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies </li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO SOFTWARE ENGINEERING DIRECTOR</p>
