As a member of the hospice team, the primary focus is to respond to the emotional and psychological needs of patients, families and staff. Position is full-time Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and treat psychological, behavioral and emotional disorders </li><li>Provide specialized bereavement therapy for individuals, couples and families </li><li>Provide specialized bereavement group therapy for people of all age ranges </li><li>Participate as a grief counselor one weekend a year in a pediatric grief camp </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work is required. </li><li>NYS LMSW licensure is required. </li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Medical, Psychiatric, or Health Care setting </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.08</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
