Flex Officers fill in for call-offs, vacations, and staffing gaps, and must be on-call with fully open availability. This role requires adaptability and readiness to work any shift, including overnight hours. Depending on staffing needs, flex officers may receive part-time hours or up to full-time (40 hours per week).</p> <p>Flex Security Officers maintain a secure environment by actively monitoring the premises, performing patrols, and responding professionally to incidents.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Fill in at various posts across all shifts as needed (day, evening, and overnight) </li><li>Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security </li><li>Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and disturbances </li><li>Maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity and uphold order </li><li>Inspect doors, windows, and access points to ensure proper security </li><li>Document activities and accurately report incidents or concerns </li><li>Assist in emergency situations when required </li><li>Enforce facility rules, regulations, and safety policies </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors </li></ul> <p>#IND1</p> <p>Education Requirements (All)</p> <p>HS Diploma</p> <p>GED or H.S.
